Job description

Electrical Engineer (SCADA)

Location: all of Poland

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
  • We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 3 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
  • Expertise in preparing reviewing, approving, and creating detailed design, construction, and project documentation, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards;
  • Experience in data flow between documentation systems, specifically GIS and SCADA/ADMS, with a focus on data validation and alignment processes;
  • In-depth knowledge of protection systems, auxiliary systems, and relevant industry standards;
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in SCADA and substation systems;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

  • Working on electrical power distribution projects (10-132kV), in the Danish team to align project deliverables with client needs and regulatory requirements;
  • Lead and ensure timely completion of substation SCADA project tasks within budget, meeting all industry standards;
  • Direct and oversee the design and engineering of SCADA and Control Systems, to integrate with the Client’s control room, taking ownership of critical project deliverables;
  • Provide technical guidance and support in designing protection and auxiliary systems, ensuring full alignment with technical and project requirements;
  • Manage and coordinate interfaces to/from other systems, taking on complex technical management responsibilities and troubleshooting escalated issues;
  • Facilitate high-level workshops and alignment meetings with both internal teams and external partners to drive project alignment.
