Job description

MEP Engineer

Location: all of Poland

What type of projects do you work with:

Work on a wide range of projects, including both new construction and renovation of residential buildings, offices, pharmaceutical facilities, schools, daycare centers, heating plants, boiler rooms and technical switchboard rooms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop precise 2D and 3D MEP models: including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, water supply, electrical, and mechanical installations;
  • Deliver high – quality construction drawings, following project requirements and standards, BIM execution plans, and relevant codes;
  • Actively participate in BIM coordination meetings, and provide solutions to ensure efficient and conflict-free designs;
  • Generate accurate quantities, schedules, and documentation from models to support cost estimation, procurement and construction phases, while keeping models and drawings updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;
  • Experience in MEP CAD drafting and BIM modeling. We are open to all seniority levels, ranging from 3 years to over 10 years of relevant area experience;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for MEP drafting and modeling and applying BIM best practices;
  • Familiarity with ACC/BIM360 environments and collaborative modeling workflows;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Good to have: MagiCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Dialux.
