Job description
Electrical Project Manager
Location: all of Poland
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple power systems engineering projects;
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets;
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations;
- Review designs, specifications, and other technical documents for quality and adherence to industry and project standards;
- Support the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency;
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project resources and timelines;
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost control;
- Prepare and present project financial updates to project management office;
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineering staff.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in project management within the power systems sector;
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects;
- Strong understanding of power systems design, operation, and regulatory requirements;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in project management software and tools;
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Good to have: Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
