Job description

Electrical Project Manager

Location: all of Poland

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple power systems engineering projects;
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets;
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations;
  • Review designs, specifications, and other technical documents for quality and adherence to industry and project standards;
  • Support the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency;
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project resources and timelines;
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost control;
  • Prepare and present project financial updates to project management office;
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineering staff.
Our requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field;
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the power systems sector;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects;
  • Strong understanding of power systems design, operation, and regulatory requirements;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in project management software and tools;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Good to have: Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
