Job description

Railway Electrical Engineer (Catenary)

Location: all of Poland

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Railway or Electrical Engineering related field;
  • Experience in railway assignments overhead contact line. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 3 years to over 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD. Knowledge of TSI Energy, EN 50119, EN 50367, EN 50122;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Good to have: Novapoint / Microstation / InRail / OpenRail / Revit / Grasshopper / Candrop.

Responsibilities:

  • Railway/Light Rail/Tramway design and consulting (traction power supply/earthing/overhead contact line systems);
  • Preparing catenary design documentation (analysis, calculations, diagrams, and preparation of reports and drawings, as well as 3D modeling;
  • Mechanical and electrical calculations of catenary system;
  • Working in transport projects in the various planning phases (from studies to construction plan, as well as follow-up during construction);
  • Creating documentation and data reports.

What type of projects you work with:

Projects with a variety of sizes, both larger and smaller. We work on projects in all stages where there may be different requirements for documentation, drawings, and calculations. It can be a combination of text, 2D/3D models and drawings.
